For anyone with this issue...the problem is a communication error with the main box the small boxes that display this error are the companion boxes with an intermittent signal to the main box (DVR, or XG2). In order to fix this there is a filter with a red band on it located at either the line connected between the pole and the house. The issue is that it is too far for communication purposes and needs to be moved closer, meaning to the splitter that splits the signal for all the boxes in the household. If moved there it will fix the issue, then reboot in this order....unplug all boxes, then boot up main box first, wait until you are actually watching TV before plugging up the others and everything should workif still having issues get a tech out and tell him to "move the poe filter to the closest split for the boxes" and that should take care of that.
