Cable on one tv went out 5 dys ago., first agent said it was cable box.. waited 2 dys for one and installed and NO change. Have spent last 2 days waiting for an hour each time to speak to rep and nothing has been done..tell me signal is bad .. I asked for Tech appt..saud elevated to Tier 3 they can do remotely they say.. today another 2 hrs on phone ., said oh no its Tier 2 and nothing has been done ! and still will not send a TECH
