It still continues. I may be the latest victim of this shut-out issue. My husband tried getting through to Comcast to no avail. And yes, with cheap service techs. I truly admire anyone who can learn the English language-or any other-but service should not be outsourced to countries where heavily-accented English is extremely difficult to decipher. Comcast is more interested in paying for commercials to say how great they are - rather than working at being great! The same greed has infected all of society. Money is God. I use it for junk mail now, but when you have to comunicate with a company in your email, for example, the wasted time is a bummer.
BTW - I congratulate myself for getting through this without using four-letter words!
