Wake up this morning to find no Sundance channel???????? Watched it last night.
So no Law and Order??????????????????????????
It was in the channel line-up that I just changed my plan to. I see this as a breach of contract.
I'll have to go to my local Xfinity store to discuss this because calling customer service take me to another country — they read from a script and cannot do a thing for you.
SlingTV has Sundance. It also has a lot of other channels that Xfinity dropped. Just saying.

My 2 year contract expired and my bill went up around $32. I went to the Xfinity website to look at options. For same level of service that I currently have, the price is $120 (would have been $110 but I don't like autopay). If I add my current equipment fees + taxes + all of the other fees to that $120, I get $179.54. Very close to what my bill has been. Great! Then in the details I see "New residential customers only." So I called customer service. I was quoted $191 with fees. I asked if I could think it over and would that offer would be valid the next day. She said yes. I called next day and was quoted $163 WITHOUT fees. So now what? Do I call the call center a 3rd time and listen to the script? Go to Xfinity store in person?
What is the best action for a old customer to take?
