It keeps bringing me to a page that says I have to call Phone number .
I have upgraded my own equipment and wish to upgrade to gigabit speed .
Because @ComcastElla Helped me set up the plan that I have now , I am hoping you, she, can help me with this also .

The way I was able to open them Before was to right click then click open In new tab, The problem is fixed the pop up blocker Deal that was the problem I don't know why it Started acting up but it's fixed ,Just a single left click and they work now

When I was at the flint store a month and a half ago , they didn't know anything about the XG1v4 box .
Ella hooked me up with my box on here , everything went real smooth and she saved me money .
