This morning I called Comcast since I was having issues viewing some channels. After setting up a service call, the employee said she could get me a better deal. I asked two times if I would be getting the same stations as before and she said yes. However, now I find out that I can no longer get UPTV, WETV, ID, or WGN. I tried to call and cancel my order and I was told I could not cancel my new package and that there was no way to get these stations back. If I had known this I would not have made the change.
Is this correct? Can anything be done?
