I finally had time over the weekend to contact Comcast Technical support. The first women i spoke with realized quickly that it was not something she could handle so she bumped me up to level 2 tech support. I explained my problem and within a couple of hours my bulk emails were going through. I always send my bulk emails back to my own email and blind copy recipiants. That way I know if I get it, they do also. Everything is working fine now.
