Dear Comcast, I have been a loyal $250 per month paying customer for over eight years. I pay for premium Internet speeds and sports packages and yet I am not able to consume the most widely watched sport on the planet as a subscriber to your service. Having the local Seattle sounders game against Vancouver missing from your broadcast services is an indescribable miss on your part. As a long-time subscriber, I find your customer service and lack of attention to customer requests disturbing. I've never posted to a forum before; but can't stand this nonsense. My patience is up and i now intend to do something about it.
