So I followed all the instructions for getting the Peacock Premium App on my X1 TV Box without using the Voice Remote, which I do not have. I got as far as the App Store and hit the Peacock Premium. But instead of putting in an email address as the instructions said would happen, I was directed to Update My Equipment. If I declined the Update, it just took me back to the App choices. Finally I continued with the Update My Equipment and got NOWHERE, except Comcast is now sending me a new box, which I am supposed to install myself. Good luck with that! In the End, I did not get Peacock and instead got a new box, that I do not really care to have. Is this Peacock that is supposedly being offered free to X1 customers some kind of scam?
