You are not alone. I have been dealing with the same issue since May. We have now exceeded the 3 month trail and are being charged when I know we are not using data. My entire household has been under arrest from internet usage with us trying to get to the bottom of this issue with no assistance and my husband works for the company. I'm so frustrated at this point that I don't know what to do. The only thing that has changed since May is the launch of the Xfinity home wifi hot spots. I have turned that off on my account but the data is still rapidly climbing. I don't have an issue paying for data that I use, however I'm extremely frustrated that I'm being charged with no recorse to stop the charges or options to limit how much data we use per day. Our home data usage meters reports 100 gb less that Comcast every month. At this point we have the main computer, 2 laptops (1 of which is rarely on), and an Ipad connected. My kids are not allowed to hook in video games and I'm changing the password weekly with no relief. We do not do Netflix and aren't streaming anything outside of Youtube, searching the web, and reading email. This is crazy and I want someone from Comcast to be accountable.
