Same issue as all people have mentioned. This happened for a number of days (somewhere near 10 times in 14 days...no joke) The issue seems to be rearing its ugly head again. I told them last time that if this happens again I expect some type of compensation. Reading this forum, I would strongly say that not a single person should expect that unplugging your set-top box be the fair solution. That is not what I expect. Comcast told me that I need to report this stuff, so this is my paper trail to record this nonsense. My other question is why is it so hard to chat with someone online? Am I missing something? I don't want to have to call everytime.
