After installing Windows 10 Comcast mail will not connect. You'll get a blue dot that spins forever. Apparently there's a problem with Windows Edge. As a temporary fix install Google Chrome and your email will work again. Microsoft is aware of the problem and is or has issued a Windows Update which should solve the problem. What's intersting is if you call Comcast for help the customer service reps are not aware of the problem and will tell you to call Microsoft. I asked to be transferred to higher level Comcast Support and spoke to a person who was familiar with the problem and told me to install Google Chrome for Comcast Email. The lower level Comcast support reps (contractors) don't have access to the Comcast Forum. If they did they would be aware of the problem.
