I've had Dell; Microsoft and Comcast, whom are still working on importing my email from Xfinity/Comcast email to Windows 10 Outlook.... They've all wasted hours of my time trying to merge the two OS... my Comcast email uses POP3.... Windows 10 uses IMAP... Xfinity is capable of IMAP but I can't switch from POP3 to IMAP from Windows 10. Comcast Account on Xfinity doesn't allow access to those setup settings.... at least I haven't found anyone who knows how to do it... Comcast told me to contact Microsoft... they're still working on it. I've contacted Dell, they couldn't do it and told me to contact Microsoft.... does anyone have any idea how solve this problem??? This is what I'm prompted: The IMAP email server name and/or port number you've entered contains one or more errors. Please correct and try again. I've tried imap.comcast.net.... I've tried pop3.comcast.net.... I've tried various ports... to no avail.
