I too am now the victim of the overage charges. Since I filed my executive complaint on 7/25, I've been contacted via email by no less than 5 people claiming to work for Tom Karinshak and claiming they're going to fix my problem. And my problem is, I want the detail of what’s causing the overage. I have a household of 4 adults and we all have multiple devices connected. We do stream some Netflix or YouTube and there is some gaming. When I ask the Security Assurance group for the data, I was told they don’t monitor the traffic. Maybe they should change their name to the No-security Assurance Dept. I can’t believe in this day and age with all the breaches and malicious attacks, an ISP claims it isn’t monitoring your traffic and can’t provide detail on your Internet usage. I finally gave up and filed a complaint with the Georgia PSC. Doubt anything will come of it but who knows.
