Exactly the same thing is happening to me. The app just suddenly stopped working two days ago. When I launch it on my LG TV, it says "loading" and gets stuck. Looks like I'm not alone here. Xfinity - do you even READ these messages??? Clearly there's something seriously wrong with this app, and it's affecting all users wit LG smart TVs.
