Very, very unhappy Comcast customer. Previously Comcast had been throttling or rate-limit my Internet connection over a span of three weeks during video uploads to YouTube (heavily documented by me using traceroute and mtr, with screenshots) and agreed to "upgrade" my Internet connection. After 56 minutes -- almost one entire hour -- on the phone (where clearly Comcast was looking at my connection data) I was offered a new package by the Customer Service operator and was quoted a *total* package price for *everything* of $139.99 for one year. Comcast lied. My total bill is now over $200.00 per month. Comcast lies. Comcast doesn't care. Comcast doesn't *have* to care. Comcast is a monopoly.
