I am having the same issue where I cannot log onto HBO Go. It looks like some bug was introduced recently for older HBO customers.
My bill has
TV: Multiple Premium Package
Includes HBO and Cinemax with Access to Premium On Demand Programming
but when I drill down into my plan I see
PREMIUM CHANNELS Manage Channels
No additional channels are currently added to your plan.
Is there anything I can do to solve this?
