What do I have to do to get and view my final bill? I cancelled my service online and returned my equipment on 05/02/2020. Almost 3 weeks later, I have yet to see a final bill. Xfinity chat assistant just says past due pay bill, yet I cannot view the bill as on my account it says restricted. Chat agent plays the 20 questions game. We have to verify we are sharing account information with the authorized user but to get to the point, I wasted my time on the phone, to be directed to the web, then cannot view the billing since it's restricted, then the automated caht assistant, pay the bill or we'll disconnect yoru service, to the actually non USA customer service, we have to verify...I am extremely tired of automated handling and time wasters that allow Comcast to masqerade as a company that offers "customer service". It is extremely unprofessional and rude to treat customer this way.
