Same problem here... Program Info Unavailable on the channel/program lines, And no Info in the Description area below the Guide.. In New Hampshire area all day. Can a Comcast Rep please tell us what is the problem with the guide is and when it will be fixed? Thanks !!

Why was the weather app changed..? I loved all the info on the old one, worked very well and it stayed up until you exited !! The new weather app is VERY slow coming up and changing back & forth for Current and Extended. Can hardly read the Current info on the left/ way too small. Where is the Feels Like temp . and under each day - Sunrise/Sunset, wind etc ? The app only stays on for a VERY short time to read on the current & extended page... PLEASE return the old weather app - had all the info needed and the ICONS were awesome ... PLEASE !!!!!!!!

Hello... ComcastAndrew --- Ok... I did check the Vizio in Google for mirrored/reversed screen... in one of the forums someone suggested not only unplugging your cable box... Also unplug the TV. They suggesested around 15 to 30 minutes... I plugged both back in after 20 minutes. It Worked !!! my TV is back to normal screen !!!! This should work with any TV and X1. Thank you sooooo very much for your help. The Fix was easy enough. Hi... ComcastAndrew.... yes... NH is New Hampshire... I did the power unplug reboot... and the System Refresh from the "A" remote button. neither helped. I had my "Update" earlier between 4pm-6pm.... this reversal took place around 9:30pm. We had a downpour with thunder... the tv blinked then started the power cycle .. when that ended screen was ok for about 10 seconds, then flipped to "mirror image". I do have a secondary tv screen is normal, but that box is smaller, not like the Main Tv (with the reversal screen). I read your second reply... my tv had already updated earlier... didn't see any other update. But today it is still is reversed. I tried the unplug reboot again... still reversed. If you can give me any other ideas that I can do, I will appreciate it :-D I will also do the search for Vizio... I had this reversal happen years ago... but I am not sure if it was before /after I got X1 and not sure how it was fixed... I seem to remember it just flipped again and it was ok, maybe someone at the controls at Xfinity??? Primary TV the screen is showing backwards... tried unplugging - still the same... Did a system refresh - still the same.. we are having a rain storm.. a few thunders... is there any other things I can do or will it return ? Thanks for any help

I just realized my Xfinity WiFi app & help WiFi app did not have a pin to protect it from anyone using my tv's...I finally found your post/link to my problem... I have searched everywhere !! Thank you for the link for the step by step info - (below)... You have to go to Parental Locks on your main tv AND each additional tv you have connected. ** I was going to ask about the "Manage Channels" app.... where you can add new channels for a monthly charge.. but found that is in the list of apps that you can check off if you need pin protection. Help !! The Sports App is not working correctly. This started today 8/19/2018 -- *When I push the C button it does go the Sports Team listings. I am referencing the MLB part of the App. I see the Teams listed for Today, Yesterday and Tomorrow. -- *When I push Any Teams button it only shows three choices: Watch - Record - Favorites ---- * No Teams Info pages showing anything - No link to Current Standings, -- * When I push on the MLB box at the top. It takes me to a list of choices. One is for Scores & Stats ( under Featured ) -- Does not work... takes me back to small screen of Live TV program I was watching (just happened to be on a Xfinity/Comcast commercial ) when I pushed the C. -- I have the X1 Pace XG1 box. & XR11 Voice Remote.--- I tried Updating by unplugging the box a few times.. Still the same. A Glitch? Anyone Else ? Any other suggestions ? --- ** Note: This is also effecting my 2nd box in another room. I thank you for any help

We tried to just ADD time to the Super Bowl LI game Sunday... was looking for + 1 1/2 hrs 2 hrs or more to cover OT... none of these were an option. the most in the list of choices was 30 minutes... So we found a re-broadcast of the game on ch 853... then, knowing the game was going into OT... I had to also record the next 2 shows ... added the most I could to the 2nd record ( 30 minutes again)... Then on the third.. the most was 1 1/2 hrs... not sure why it was available on this program ONLY.. but luckily, we got the full game in three recordings... I think it would have been Nice if Xfinity warned people about NO Auto Extend ... And WHY did I only have and extra 1 min 5 min & 30 minutes available to add on for time... Having all the required 3 services ( phone, tv and internet) etc to have X1 is pretty expensive, Especially when you do not get what you are paying for. WHEN will the add on times be MORE than just 30 minutes... do you have to go into the recording a certain way to see the 1 1/2 hours and more ???? I would like to choose this over taking a chance of Auto Extend NOT working.
