Just became a X11 customer and extremely disappointed in Xfinity TV application. It continue to tells us we are not in our home network as I a, literally right next to out comcast Internet modem and router in the home. This greatly lowers functionality. Technicians that visited home and on phone could not assist. They just said to install and uninstall and then said they don't know. Would greatly appreciate a straight answer. I spent 3 hours of my Saturday trying to fix for family. Thank you.
