Ha! Rick seems a little sensitive. Frankly, I could care less what "issues" Comcast has and expecting the customer to be patient while they work through them WHILE suffering through the PITA process is a no go for me. I pay over $3000/yr for service, I shouldn't have to be anything but a satisfied customer. Period. (Just installed a new box. Signal levels from the diag debug page show to be good. Worked for ten minutes and, guess what. Error message AGAIN!).
