All of those channels say ‘This requires a subscription’ when we try to tune them in. We have the 2nd highest package and those channels also don't appear on the channel guide we were sent. The first time we called in we were told that those channels were all a la carte only. We called back inside our 30 day guarantee to cancel since ID is one of our most watched channels and the rep told us that they would be back but Comcast was currently negotiating with them and she guaranteed that our package would include them once the negotiations were complete. We are still unable to watch these channels. This is in the Pittsburgh market if it makes a difference.
