Like many others, I was sent an email by xfinity with a link to get a free set of xfi pods to increase my wifi coverage due to being on the xfi advantage plan. The link did not work and directed me to contact xfinity. First, tried messenger. They told me they were unable to help me, and said I would need to call. I have called multiple times, been disconnected multiple times, been put on hold for over an hour, and still have not talked to anyone who can help me. I see, from reading posts here, that I am not alone. I am not sure why a company would send out an email like that and have no way to fulfill the promise!
