It's taken almost 4 weeks, but Comcast has stuck with it and resolved this issue for me. Seems there was an issue with my CP&I pin not being logged in, but I was unable to do that because of a bad link on their end. They persevered, eventually sending it to their engineering group, and once I was able to get the pin logged in,  the rest of it started behaving perfectly.   Did I spend 3-4 hours on the phone with Comcast? Still not working. Spent time on phone with Comcast today, and they suggested I call Apple or iPhone help because it's not on their end. Yet, if my husband or daughter puts the app on their phone and uses my login, they have the same issue. No way this is an iPhone issue. I'm thinking it's something with the app...maybe somehow connected to my user ID? Because interestingly, when I open a fresh version of the app, I get a message saying "Trying to access your voice features? You need to set your PIN and security questions." But those are already set up for me, per the Comcast rep I spoke to today! The only notificaiton option I have is for e-mail (which is fine since I don't use the phone or text feature...although I'm signed up for it, I don't need the service). Same, mine seems to be working. But outside of bcc'g myself on every e-mail, how do I know they are being received? It's frustrating. And I agree, way too many Comcast problems as of late. ... View more

I am having this same issue. I'm using webmail and going through safari, although earlier today i was on a desktop and used internet explorer.  If I use my phone (the xfinity e-mail  app) they send fine. I send e-mails my normal fashion and they simply aren't received by the recipients. They DO show up in my sent items as being sent (but they aren't getting delivered to the recipient). I've even sent one to myself and have had the same issue. Figured out today that all e-mails sent since 7 am did not go through, so I used my phone app to resend them with a note about malfunctioning comcast e-m. HELP! ... View more

I have the same issue. All the e-mails I sent today from safari and internet explorer show as sent in my sent items but the recipients have NOT received. I can send them from my Comcast iphone app and they will go through. What's going on with the web version???? HELP!!! ... View more

My Xfinity Connect app also stopped working today. Wouldn't download e-mails while on my phone data (but would with my wifi). Deleted the app and downloaded again. Now on my wifi and it won't download the e-mails. It has my contacts in there but gave me an error message. I can delete and reload app if a tech person needs it for troublshooting. I have the same issue with my MacBook using web for e-mail. Can receive but it won't send. Moves it to the draft folder. I can use the mobile app to send from my draft folder from my phone. It's a workaround, but can't be permanent as it's a pain! ... View more

I'm experiencing the same problem as well. I have multiple recorded shows that I watch via the Xfinity TV app. Starting last week or so, the recorded shows are shorter than their actual time frame due to skipping throughout the show. This problem doesn't occur on my TV DVR, but only on my phone. Also, when I download the show it still skips. I've read numerous threads about this issue but have never seen a solution.
