Rates are higher, channels being removed (weather scan), or put into another package (TCM!), on going internet connection issues ....list goes on. I have been a Comcast user for decades but because of the above mentioned...I am looking elsewhere. It's all about money, as well as any big corporations these days, not customer service or trying to keep their loyal customers. In time, your choices of putting money before keeping your customers, will backfire. Its happening more and more (stores closing) . There will always be other options your customers will turn to when you start making decisions to help your Company's pickets full. Your greed of MAKING US add more packages for channels that were already in the line up we chose and pay for, are clearly making your customers leave. So with that being said...I am in the process of looking into other places that are more interested in their customers than monopolizing tv/internet/ and now, cell phone usage. They may not exist..so I will have to figure out what I can do for my family's needs. I pay way too much for channels I don't watch as it is. When I had Cablevision, "Ala Cart" was the best! Too bad that went away, you'd definitely "own" most customers!
