You mentioned in your post an interest in connecting Xfinity home automation controsl with the Google Home. To clarify, is the interest in being able to control your alarm, lights, camera, locks and other various home automation devices via voice commands to your Google Home device? Xfinity home supports the ability to use voice to control your home devices using the X1 voice remote. Hi @user1724,
For the water sensor notification rule, when water is detected from any of the water sensors, you will receive a notification that includes which sensor detected water. So you will be able to know which one detected water.
Regarding your second comment, your existing rules will continue to work and you should still be able to see those rules.

We are working on building lock control capabilities into the mobile experience. For the interim, existing lock rules will continue to work and appear in your list of rules. Though enable / disable and delete are the only edit controls you will have over them.

Hi Norstar,
The rule only works with Xfinity devices and will not work with 3rd party WWX lights. That is why you are not seeing the automation template.

I can see from the logs that you recreated the rules and no longer are experiencing issues. The issue you were seeing before was due to a bug that we have since fixed. Apologies for the inconveniences and please let us know if there's anything else we can assist with.

The rule to turn on lights when your motion sensor detects motion is now available on mobile. Please note that due to limitations, not all WWX lights will be available for selection with this rule.

We have recently added the rule template where you can have your motion sensor trigger your lights. Can you see it among the list of automation templates which you can choose from.

The old rules will still be supported. It is just that you will have to use the mobile app to manageme them. Your existing rules will still continue to work and will be available for enabling / disabling / deleting from the mobile app. The only thing you will lose is the ability to edit. For edit, you will need to recreate via the mobile app.
Thanks for the feedback about the usage of automatoin for thermostats given you do not use a schedule. We can work on making sure we have this rule template available. For your motion rules, these rules will be made available prior to management of rules on web going away.
