While playing Playstation, I have about a 20% chance of even finishing an online game. I have called Comcast numerous times and have logged well over 100 hrs on the phone with tech support over the last year. And still, nothing. Its pointless to even call them, because unless you are planning to PAY to get it fixed, they wont help you. Your only option is to call ARRIS or your router manufacturer. But even then, they will tell you its nothing on thier end.
