I have the external DVR expander hooked up to my tv but it still says I can't use it. I have received 2 emails. They both said it is available to use but it, first one said it'd be available in Utah by the end of April. I just got another email today saying that i should be able use my DVR expander but as I said earlier, it still doesn't work. I have called comcasts tech support a number of times and they tried to help me. Even after we shut down everything then one at a time connect them back up. And still get the message saying it's not available yet. One told me it wasn't going to be available yet. I am VERY frustrated and discouraged. Can anybody help me with this problem???
