Personally, I have had nothing but problems with this POS since the day Comcast decided I needed to upgrade to this faster and slicker model. Unfortunately I have not been able to go down to the local office and demand something that works. I've spent days with the tech support people and all they ever say is it seems to be working fine. One day the phone doesn't work, then the internet dies, back to the phone not working, then the internet works, but it runs like it was a 56k modem...Argggggg. this is actually worse than the one that got recalled...what 5 years ago or so. I'm done messing with it, send me back my old one. It worked perfectly without a hitch from day one that we got it.
