I recently changed my package and was assured I would not lose any channels. I was lied to about that and have lost the same channels everyone else is complaining about. I called Comcast yesterday 3 different times to ask why and was given 3 different answers. None made any sense. This is why Comcast is despised so much. We have a new provider that is in the process of bringing fibre optic cable service to our area. It will be another year before they are finished though. Can't get here soon enough.
