On my last flight I let a downloaded video run just to get more info.
Over the course of 1 hour (had a timer going) my video spent so much time loading that I was only able to make it through 9.5 minutes of the video. It would play for about 5 seconds then load for about 30 seconds. What is it loading? The video is downloaded.

I am going to do my best to be productive.
Please tell me why I can stream flawlessly, but once I download a program it has to buffer every 5 seconds.
I can stream anything I want, live, from the DVR, everything, even over hotel WiFi using a VPN with HD resolution.
Please don't ask me to return the download, did that, and of course it works when streaming.
Please don't ask me for my personal information, until you can explain why my situation is isolated AND so many others are having the same problem.
Please don't ask me to redownload the app, did it, no fix.
I have plenty of space left on my tablet. And yes it is a little older, but I shouldn't have to buy a new one every year just to use Xfinity when none of the other sreaming/downloading apps have an issue.
I have seen countless posts about this, and yes I'm just going to add to the pile. I've posts about this using both Android (which I am using) as well as iPads.
At the risk of sounding like a know-it-all, I'm an electronics technician by trade and this issue has something to do with the app.
Why can't Xfinity just fix the app? Or at least give a real answer without the runaround.
We all pay too much money to have to deal with this.
