Recently received a new X1 box RNG 150 N. I no longer receive 5.1 audio. I go into menu and switch to surround and the box doesn't seem to save that setting. I have a optical running from box to home theater. The previous box worked fine. There is only 1 HDMI output on the back of the box so I would try an HDMI cable if I had another port. I called support and it seemed like I was tutoring the phone tech. Any suggestions?
