My TV broke and I'm finally getting a new one. Wish they'd fix the site, since my peak awake hours are 10pm-7am (I'm having thyroid issues that cannot be resolved without surgery) I'm pretty much zonked most of the time, but now I can never get ahold of anybody since it's all changed due to the pandemic.
And the <Edited> Comcast robot just tells me to go to the site for the Flex.. I was going to wait until the pandemic had passed and I got my thyroid taken care of, but I found out without Flex you can't get the access the special tier of the Peacock Network and get it this week instead of the middle of July. A big bummer, I thought it would just be something through a website that you could just access through the Comcast account.
Now I'd like to get the Flex now to hook up to the new TV when it arrives, but the site being broken for me (JUST for ordering Flex for some reason), and the pandemic, I'm having a blarglesnorf of a time. Sorry if some of this doesn't make sense, I'm a bit groggy. No coronavirus for me, but allergies hit hard, a goiter is trying to choke me out, my thyroid hormones are all out of whack, and I have cabin fever. zzz. lol
