I had to move/disconnect momentarily and now there is no signal message on the TV. Yes, remote works, everything is connected, HDMI1 to HDMI1. Cable connection is good. What is up? I tried switching cable to back of box, and back, reset buttons, tv remote is set to cable/sat, HDMI is only cable between tv and Xfinity box. No tv signal for days, telephone support has disconnected us while on hold twice.
