I am a current soon to be not Comcast subscriber. Loyality of 22 years (paid on time) and bills that keep going up much to my dismay. I spoke to reps in store and they recommended buying my own modem, did that and much to my surprize my bill went up 20 dollars more from when I was renting from them. I spoke in person to rep in store who recommended I call "loyality department" So after an hour on the phone they offered me 5 dollars off my bill per month. Wow, shame that a long time customer. Cannot get the same rate they paid the previous month minus the modem rental after being told my bill would go down to just that. Seems that I need to take my business elsewhere. Hate to do it, I do like Comcast services with the exception of their sad loyality to their long time customers.
