Comcast has the worst customer service I've ever experienced: everything from their astonishingly awful automation system, to the insanely high prices, to the fact that we, the consumer, don't actually get that much for those insanely high prices, including, but not limited to the decision not to allow HBOGO on Roku. It's not even an oversight, it's a decision. Comcast truly has no care for their customers. Maybe we're not paying them enough.
