Not since the last time they came to my house because i was waiting for them to issues an update at some point to address this "known issue". Which i don't really believe but at that point i was just exhausted at chasing this issue with so many different people there with no resolution.

I have Xfinity Home with one camera. When I am connected to my home internet (which is Xfinity also) I can't view the live feed of my camera. This happens on 2 Android phones, 1 iPad, and 3 computers. If i'm not connected to my home wifi I can view the camera's live feed.
This has been going on for over 4 months now. The touch controller shows the camera. When i subscribed to the recording feature ( I have since dropped the subscription for recording) I could view the recordings with no problem.
I have contacted techs on twitter, live chat and phone calls. Multiple tickets have been opened and closed. I have had multiple techs come out to fix it. I have gone over numerous settings with the techs. I have swapped out the modem/gateway and the camera.
The last tech that came out swapped out the camera and then when he called to his supervisor to open a ticket supposedly he was told that it's a known problem that should be fixed in an update anytime now. That was over a month ago and it still doesn't work.
Anyone else having this problem?
