I have been experiencing the same problem. At first I thought it was an isolated incident but after reading posting after posting in this forum describing the same issue, it is obvious that it is a systemic problem across the board. What surprises me is the lack of response for a fix on the part of Comcast Xfinity.
The Spanish SAP feature for movies On Demand has always been one that I used repeatedly because of the viewers in my household whose preference is to view On Demand movies with Spanish audio. Now that I know that I am not the only one with this problem, I have to question why Comcast Xfinity is not doing anything to rectify the problem and insist that they address it. It is frustrating (not to mention a poor business practice) to offer a feature and not only have it malfunction, but to not respond to numerous paying customers with the same issue and not have an explanation for it is insulting and only fosters bad faith in the company. I do hope that they are aware of the problem and will provide a fix already.
