"When calling comcast, record the whole conversation. They will lie as sure as water is wet." I can vouch for that. After numerous calls and blatant lies with phone reps I did just that. Afterwords called a manager and I asked if she would like to hear my recording or will she look up the recording that comcast did of our conversation , to find out whether they flat out lied or not. She opted to use comcast recorded message then called me back with apologies and offered me the rates the lying rep offered, but still did not fix my random slowness .05 mb speed issues that took another 3 months to fix .
