I pay for 500Mbps and get around 375Mbps according to the Xfinity speed test (much faster than any other speed test). Customer service agrees that the speeds I'm getting fall below their minimum for the tier I'm on but their tools say my connection is fine. Comcast technicions have shown that these relatively low speeds have nothing to do with my equipment but also can't find anything wrong with the signal.
How can I get Comcast to actually solve this problem?
