Just so you guys know, the "username and password do not match" thing can still occur. My symptoms were the total inability to log into the web client, while still being able to use our Android phone to sync emails (showing the password did not change). However, I spoke to a Comcast representative today about it, who did NOT force me to change a password or anything else ridiculous. He explained that it was a system glitch, in which your username is essentially there-but-not-there. He was able to refresh the account and I could log in without a problem. Given my understanding of the issue, this won't resolve itself; you'll have to get a Comcast rep to refresh your account. Not reset the password, just refresh. Hope this helps anyone else who may still run into this problem.
