I have gone through all of the "clean cache" and "delete cookies" procedures and I still can't get to my email. Even if it did help, am I supposed to do that everytime I want to check my email? That's unacceptable. Only on rare occasions have I been able to get through but most of the time I can't even get to the login page. I get the same results with IE, Chrome, and Firefox. This has been going on for a week or two and now I am looking for alternatives. Unfortunately, Comcast has pretty much eliminated the competition in this area so there are no alternatives. As long as there is no competition their customer service will not get any better. I spent half an hour trying to extract help from the online "chat" feature a few days ago and got nowhere. Now, everytime I see a Comcast van I want to run it off the road into a ditch.
