have same problem. Have to constantly delete app and re install it! Contacted support never ever got an answer!!!!!

Xfinity connect app has to be deleted and re added to receive emails constantly! Updated to current standards but problem continues!!!! May at think about moving to different email and email app, ??????????

Did delete and re added. How many times must this be done, problem still exists and I have to delete and add many times????????
