Are you guys ever gonna fix the issue with your failed authentication app linkage? I have sent numerous emails to the clearly useless customer service email attached to the Google Play Store and have yet to see anything done about the problem! Whenever I try to pay my bill or view it, the two-step authentication pops up, asking my approval. Unfortunately, it doesn't matter whether I allow your My Account app access or not, because I am still not granted access to my account through your app. Now instead of using the app, which was downloaded for convenience, I now have to go through the hassle of going through your website to pay my bill.
