Exactly the same thing happened to me tonight!
The website blurb said a usage plan went into effect back on May 12 of this year but I don't recall seeing anything about it.
More than upset. Do not like the fact that I have no other options for internet service out here.
I don't consider either DSL or satellite as anything other that a joke.
And the Comcast internet is problematic.
I regularly have to reset my cable modem several times a week.
I cannot find any way to collect data usage stats on my account.
I think my 3 new win10 installs may have been the cause but I can't drill into the data.
