Mine was working fine, then yesterday I tried a search and it showed "no results" for something that should have brought up many results.
I think it is only going back a few weeks or months instead of the entire inbox when I do a "search in message text" search.
I don't know what "reindexing" is, but I would appreciate if a Comcast Representative could assist me with this issue.

Same for me. Plantation, Florida. When you click HBO, go down and click "channel info," then scroll down to January 13th, it actually shows Wonder Woman at 4 pm over and over again (dozens of times). If you just go through the guide by clucking to the right I also get no program information for any shows after that time. But the duplicate Wonder Woman listing is a weird glitch.

I agree. It has to be fixed ASAP (and they are working on it).
I watch a lot of shows on the DVR, if I have to watch one show a week On Demand instead (with commercials), I'd rather do that than hear R2D2 coming out of my center channel every few seconds during The Walking Dead.

I think the temporary fix (at least for me) is watch it on On Demand instead of live or on the DVR.
People in this thread have said it doesn't happen with On Demand.
I haven't tried it, but I'm going to start doing it until Comcast fixes it.

When I was troubleshooting with ComcastAlly today it was on both HD AMC channels during The Day After Tomorrow, Castaway as well as commercials. Not just during The Walking Dead.

I was literally about to bring my center channel to the repair shop for a blown tweeter. The only reason I didn't is because I could never duplicate the issue except during The Walking Dead on AMC. Add me to the list. Comcast X1 HD DVR in Plantation, FL 33322.

What is weird, is that when I watch Timeless HD On Demand, the audio on the commercials comes in 5.1, but the show itself does not! Are the advertisements coming from somewhere different than the show? If I'm able to get 5.1 during the commercials, shouldn't the ability to get 5.1 during the program exist as well?

Where does the On Demand content come from?
I recorded The Crossing last night, then watched it later, and I was getting audio from all 5 channels.
I watched another episode of Timeless in HD from On Demand, and got nothing from the surround channels.

So nothing I record or watch On Demand will have 5.1? The only thing we watch live is sporting events. Everything else we watch the recording. Are you telling me none of that will have 5.1? If so, that's completely unacceptable. My recordings and On Demand had 5.1 on the old Motorola DVR I just turned in to "upgrade" to X1.

I just know that the original broadcast of that show is always in 5.1, and I selected the HD version of the episode On Demand.

Hi, I just got X1 today (Arris non-4K hd dvr). I run HDMI to my television and digital coax to my surround sound processor. I have the audio set to 5.1 s/pdif. Looks great, sounds great. Getting 5.1 on everything I watch that has 5.1 audio. Watched an episode of Timeless (a show that has 5.1) On Demand. Didn't get any surround sound. The front of my AVR still displayed Dolby Digital 5.1, the audio setting in the Arris still said 5.1, but I wasn't getting the same 5.1 I would have gotten if I had watched it live. Can you help? If this was answered earlier in this thread I apologize.
