I would like to add that I totally agree with the problem the customer in Atlanta is having. I live iin Memphis which to my knowledge is not a test market, but as far as I know we have been snookered into the 300 gig data cap. By "we" I mean Memphis. I called a couple of months ago and changed my cable package and "discussed" the data cap issue with the customer service agent which is similar to talking to a pet. When i call to talk to someone I always get different amswers to my problems or none at all. But to get back to the data cap situation the agent finally told me she could change my internet to the Extreme 105 speed and on my next billing cycle I would get 600 gigs of data. Needles to say I still have not gotten my 600 gigs of data. Which brings me to the issue of customer service of which there is none Nuff said!!
