I've been having the same issue w/ Windows Live Mail, Outlook Express, & Android. No mail client access... but I can log in via comcast.net. I've been dealing w/ this since late Monday. Waiting on a tech/engineer to call, as per umpteenth conversation w/ customer service rep. No question, it's a server issue on their end; NOT a settings issue on my (our) end. Will update as I know more. Please do the same.
