They never really gave me a reason. IIRC, it was just having a hard time getting a solid signal. It would keep pixelating and the screen would keep going blank. The guy said he had a RNG150N in his truck and he tried it and it worked.
When I go to the Xfinity store, do I have to take my existing box with me? I'd hate to get a new box, have it not work, and then have to try to get my old box back that does work.
