I have recently been getting these "800 service" calls about lowering my finance rate on my credit cards, to which the only credit cards we have are through our savings and checking accounts. The phone call starts out with a recorded message, stating to "press 1 to take advantage of this offer" I do..then I get a live person, I have told them twice to stop calling me..they hang up. I got another one today and asked to speak to a supervisor, they hung up. I just enabled my Comcast Call Screening service in hopes this will take care of it. I am ready to pull my hair out.
